Fraunhofer Venture
Radoslav Ivanov has been supporting the Fraunhofer Venture team as a lawyer since March 2023. Before joining our team, her worked for several years as a lawyer at to major international law firms with a focus on M&A, venture capital and corporate law. He completed his university education in Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, followed by his legal clerkship in Munich and Birmingham, UK. He also completed a specialization in "AI in Healthcare" from Stanford University and is a member of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS). Radoslav is the contact person for all corporate law issues relating to spin-offs and company investments.
